3. Another issue we encounter in the field of teaching is the ‘overworked but underpaid teachers and school staffs’. All of the people says and believes that “teaching is the noblest profession” but as time progress people saw the hard works of the teacher, also how the government pays their sacrifices. The truth that teachers are paid just enough wage. The teacher’s daily battle with miserable classrooms, overcrowded classes, and lack of teaching materials, make the teachers hardly rewarded work even more difficult.
This study will be conducted inside the university, Cavite State University to be exact, and should be accomplished before the academic year, 2018. This study is for the teachers and school staffs in the university.
