Describe the purpose and objectives of the team in which you work
The objective and purpose in the team in which I work is to provide a safe learning environment to the children as well as the staff. We also help each and every child reach their full potential we do this in our class by separating the children into groups of ability. In the class, we will go to the group and assist them in the days topic or task. We meet on a regular basis to talk about what we have observed and experienced whilst helping the children this then helps us to work towards better results in teaching and support. For example, a new child started the school and I was asked to listen to him read and give feed back to the teacher so she could find what reading level he should be on and weather he found it easy or hard. We motivate the children by giving out team points and we have got four groups in the class and the ones with the most team points at the end of the week they get a treat.
