if a child dosnt speak or trys to and the words are not formed properly this would be a concern as the child may become frustrated because they are not being understood it will affect them socially and unable to join in with games.this could have an effect on there intellectual ,physical well being .observe the child and report to the teacher.this will then be discussed with the parent or carer of the next steps to help the child.this could be the child having speech and language intervention,.with early intervention the child will progress with speech and will feel less frustrated and will stat to communication with peers and adults
