Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line baking pan with parchment paper
In a bowl whisk together baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour, set aside
Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Add the flour mixture
Add in the chocolate chips
Shape into large balls. Separate the balls around 3 cm from each other
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
Let cool or serve hot with milk!
