Effective job advertisement indicates what kind of role the successful applicant will play after hired, and the company’s expectations for his performance.  A job advertisement is a print or electronic notification of an intent to hire someone to perform specific work in a position at a company or organization This will be based around the person specification so that the company is more likely to find best candidate for the job. The advert should include the following: salary scale, requirements of the job, essential and desirable characteristics of the job applicants, closing date of application and possibly the date of interview if the applicants was to be successful, contract length so the applicant know if it is only temp or full time and the application procedure which for the company.
The placement of the advert is decided by the staff review group and will be advertised internally through the staff vacancy bulletin which shall be emailed to every employee, the bulletin will include all the new vacancies. Then the job will be advertised externally so they can find the best candidates for the position.
