“Opinions and Social Pressure,” was a study that got a lot of attention, conducted by Solomon Asch; he aims to discover the influence of group pressure on individuals. People going under social pressure isn’t a new thing as according to Solomon Asch a lot of people confirmed going under social pressure, therefore his goal was to know the role social pressure played on people’s decisions and choices and on individuals. This study enabled one hundred and twenty-three male students to partake in the experimental survey. The answer derived, gives an insights on the decisions made by the masses and its effect on an individual. Other experiments conducted by Solomon Asch was aimed at discovering the influence of social pressure on an individual, what he learnt was the toeing the line.
